Press Release: USSA Extends Heartfelt Thanks Following a Successful 2nd Annual Youth Sports Day!
The United States Steel Band Association (USSA) extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of our 2nd Annual Youth Sports Day, held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 905 Winthrop Street School Yard. This year’s event was a vibrant celebration of youth empowerment, teamwork, and cultural pride, made possible through the collective strength and commitment of our community.
USSA expresses sincere gratitude to all participants, volunteers, donors, and sponsors whose dedication ensured a seamless and spirited day of activities. Your support continues to uplift our mission of fostering youth development through education, culture, music, and sport.
We extend special thanks to Sesame Flyers International, Inc. for their steadfast partnership and unwavering commitment to community advancement. Their continued support remains invaluable to the growth of our youth initiatives. USSA also recognizes the exceptional leadership of the Youth Division of the United States Steel Band Association, whose organization and flawless execution shaped an event marked by joy, discipline, and unity. Their professionalism and enthusiasm were evident throughout the day.
